Learning Outcomes of the Course : Interprets the differences of classical, modern and postmodern management concepts.
Criticizes the contribution of management information which is generating at the diciplines outside the management platform to management theory.
Defines the terms of basic capability, outsourcing, downsizing, process management, innovation engineering, benchmarking, network and matrix organizations, virtual organizations and learning organizations.
Evaluates the principles, standarts and application problems of total quality management.
