Learning Outcomes of the Course : Identifies students´ guidance needs in several topic and problem areas.
Uses psychological counseling skills appropriately when conducting group guidance activities.
Plans and conducts classroom guidance activity.
Uses behavior management skills during group and classroom guidance activity.
Applies and assesses psychological assessment technique to a group or classroom.
Does consultation with teachers and parents.
Gives feedback to his/her peer´s work.
Assesses and gets benefit from feedback given to his/her work.
Makes a 8-10 sessions group guidance plan appropriate for students´ needs.

Aim(s) of Course : The aim of this course is to help students to gain knowledge and develop skills in planning and conducting a group guidance activity in a specific topic such as conflict resolution, social skill training, self-esteem or career counseling etc.; application and assessment of psychological assessment technique; consultation with teachers and parents and program evaluation.
