Makes a group guidance plan for students according to their needs. Plans and conducts a classroom guidance activity. Uses psychological counseling skills appropriately in conducting group guidance activities. Uses behavior management skills during group and classroom guidance activities. Assesses the results of an individual assessment technique applied to a group or classroom. Gives feedback to their peer work. Gets benefit from feedback and advise provided by supervisor and their peer.
