Learning Outcomes of the Course : Develops an understanding of the relationship between technology, methods of production and methods of distribution and the design of apparel
Develops skills in the technical aspects of production and presentation of apparel design
Evaluates the production of the prototype of his/her design industrially
Uses various materials, methods and techniques in his/her designs and executes various color combinations

Aim(s) of Course : Introduction to fashion terminology, fashion designs, styles and trends, Fashion drafting and construction of self block, Create and cut pattern pieces, Introduction and practice of sewing techniques, Application projects.

Course Contents : To introduce the students advanced techniques of pattern-making, drafting,cutting and sewing through the creation of their own design pieces
