Knows the basic elements and principles of plastic arts and makes applications Gains information on the color and makes applications. Evaluates and analyzes works of visual arts. Has knowledge about basic materials and technical skills. Creates a whole in a design; breaks it into pieces and reproduces. Has self-discipline, and is aware of his/her responsibilities.

The course aims at teaching the principles and items related to main values in the plastic arts and intensifying them with creative research. |

Course Contents |

The elements organizing the work of art (line, texture, form, shape, space) and principles (rhythm, movement, balance, emphasis, contrast, unity, integrity, diversity), two-dimensional application studies, elements and principles of this relationship in two and three-dimensional works of art, creating original works that take the relationship between design element and principles and form and content into account. |
