Aim(s) of Course : the aim of this course is to teach and apply the variations which effect laboratory results and effect clinical desicion, types of variations, statistical variables for measuring variations, types and importance of dispersion, testing a hypotesis, descriptive statistical variations, reference ranges (description, data collection, and statistical analysis), diagnostic efficiency, choosing and interpretation of methods, quality assurance, quality control and its statistical compounds.

Course Contents : this course includes description and types of variation and statistical measurement technics; types and importance of dispersion and sample dispersion measurement criterias; descriptive statistical terms, variations and variations for assesment; description of reference range, data collection and statistical analysis; diagnostic efficiency, predictive value model; choosing and interpretation of methods; quality assurance and quality control terms and statistical applications
