Course Contents |
: |
This course addresses the relationship between the building design and the natural environment. In this framework, building-environment relations will be addressed the effects at building systems on the environment and sustainable building design criteria will be discussed. Thus within the scope of structural physics and environment interactions, “Energy efficient building design” will be explained. At this point, sample applications will be done using the available software tools. Finally, national and international organizations working on sustainable environment and energy efficiency will be introduced and information regarding their roles will be explained. |
