Learning Outcomes of the Course : Knows the structural features in Turkish words, and the concepts of suffix-root-stem.
Understands the functions of suffixes, gives examples.
Understands the elements of the sentence and the semantic and structural relationship between words.
Knows the types of sentences, explains the differences between them.
Detects grammatic mistakes in oral or written expressions and makes necessary changes.
Explains the concept of essay writing and writes and talks accordingly.
Knows about the types of expression, identifies them on examples and provides examples of expressions.
Becomes aware of the details of the types and techniques of narration, describes examples of theoretical knowledge.
Kowns about opinion essays and writes example opinion essays.
Knows the different types of verbal expression types and prepares example speeches.
Expresses his/her opinions and emotions correctly and effectively in written or oral form.

Aim(s) of Course : To understand the richness of Turkish language, to use correct language in written and spoken environments, the relationship between language and culture to teach the importance of understanding the language, understand the rules that should be considered in correspondence.

Course Contents : Morphology, sentence structure, types of written and oral expression, expression disorders.
