Aim(s) of Course : Wrestling feature, structure, systems and kavratıp exercises, learn to do.

Course Contents : General information about the format of teaching methods and speech Greco-roman wrestling and the holding of free and learn the basic stance One plunge standing techniques. Couple standing diving techniques. Standing with one arm techniques. Salto and learn techniques for standing Süpleks Çangal and learn techniques for standing Yanbaş Dana teknilerinin the chip bonding and learning. Learn the techniques of attack and counterattack the work of single and double plunge. Kafakol techniques and learn to attack and counterattack Tekkol work. Süpleks attack and counterattack techniques and learn to work Salto. Yanbaş techniques and learn to attack and counterattack Çangal work.
