Defines the development of athleticism within the historical process. Defines the classification of athleticism. Defines the techniques of putting shot, discus throwing and javelin throwing. Defines the techniques of short, middle and long-distance running. Defines the techniques of high jump, long jump, triple jump and pole vault. Define the starting techniques in sprinting.
