Learns the importance of sport psychology to increase athletic performance. Learns the concepts of fear, anxiety, stress,arousal and understands how much impact each of them has on sporty performance. Learns the preconditions of psychological preparation, and knows how a coach should approach to and communicate with an athlete. Learns how an athlete should prepare for acompetition psychologically. Learns the specific problems facing the athletes, and understands the key points to pay attention while motivating athletes.
