The purpose of this course has three dimensions: First of all, students need to grasp the difficulties and dilemmas while they are formulating the decisions, policies and activities of contemporary business organizations. In connection with the previous statement, students also should consider their own career planning in terms of sound personal vision, mission and values which help them to be better-suited into the future work life. Finally, this course also aims to provide students with concepts and tools to deal with constantly changing problems and dilemmas by focusing on specific cases and examples. |
