Learning Outcomes of the Course : Has basic information about the Turkish banking legislation .Has knowledge of estanblishment, activities, decision-making and management bodies, and inspection of banks. Obtains information about banks union, certified public accountant, savings deposits, deposits and loans, and insurance fund. Learns about banks´ merger, acquisition and liquidation

Aim(s) of Course : Teaching students the basic principles of banking law.

Course Contents : Banking law is the main source for people who will generally paractice in banking and banking law.Due to the importance of banking legislation, the course will focus on banks, establishment, management, operation, acquisition, merger, liquidation, and supervision .
