Aim(s) of Course |

The principal aim of the course is to provide students the basic informations about the procedures to be followed in administrative litigation proceedings. Administrative Litigation Law Course includes the task of administrative justice, administrative judicial institutions, types and characteristics of administrative judicial proceedings, the results of judicial proceedings, the stay of execution, administrative trial, court decisions, and legal remedies. |

Administrative jurisdiction in Turkey, scope and limits administrative jurisdiction, administrative judicial organization, administrative disputes and litigation types, legal remedies against decisions of the administrative jurisdiction, task of administrative courts, Court of decision and task disputes, the principles governing the administrative judicial proceedings, the responsibility of the administration. |
