The aim of the course provide information about the legal history and its periods and methodology, the framework of General law history and formation stages of the basic concepts and institutions of modern law, the effects of Islamic and Roman law on the pre-modern institutions, changes in the rule of legal systems from Ottoman Empire to Republic in Turkey. |

1.General basic concepts of law and the institutions of law and modern history of the frame will have information about the stages of formation.
2 On the institutions of the pre-modern Islamic law and Roman law to explain the effects.
3 The legal history, and methodology of the period knows.
4 Identifies the main legal systems.
5 Change in the rule of law in Turkey may reveal Empire to Republic. |
