Learning Outcomes of the Course : Has theoretical and practical knowledge of atypical contracts common in practice. Learns the methods of resolving the problems arising on these contracts occured in practise.

Aim(s) of Course : Providing the information for students on the atypical contracts

Course Contents : Types of legal contracts which are more seen in practice than those which have not been subject to regulation under Turkish law; license agreements: factoring, joint venture, franchising, know-how; management (management), sponsorships; travel contracts, drawing up, provisions and invalidity of these contracts and rights arising from these agreements.
