Learning Outcomes of the Course : Learns the rules for the protection of competition brought. explaines the anti-competitive, disruptive and restrictive agreements, decisions and concerted practices . Obtains information about the structure and the main duties and powers of the Competition Authority. Identifies the types of decisions given by the Authority. Reveals how judicial review of the decisions of the Competition Authority are carried out

Aim(s) of Course : Researching the competition rules that dominates the free market economy with the agreements that prevent, distort and restrict the competition, investing the decisions and concerted practices , familiarizing the students with the judicial decisions the main duties and clerance and decisions of the Competition Authority´s .

Course Contents : The general principles of competition law, the basic provisions, immunities, mergers and acquisitions,agreement, compliant behavior, union business decisions, exemptions, abuse of dominant position, determination of dominant position, abuse, mergers and acquisitions, types, banning the procedure, practices restricting competition enforcement, criminal sanctions, civil penalties, law authorities, the Competition Board, jurisdiction of the courts, the procedure of investigation and research, investigation, the decisions Competition Authority organization and supervision of the board decisions.
