Course Contents |

At the end of this course, the student will be able to;
1. explain the basic terms of consumer law. 1.1. define the term of consumer. 1.2. list the sources of consumer law. 1.3. identify the scope of consumer law. 1.4. relate consumer law to the other branches of law. 2. identify general subjects of consumer law. 2.1. recognize the act on the protection of consumer. 2.2. summarize the rights of consumer according to the act. 3.identify situations requires protection of consumer. 3.1. recall the rights of consumer for detective goods and services. 3.2. explain the obligation for damages incident of detective goods. 3.3. tell the protection of consumer against misleading advertisement. 3.4. debate the means of protection of consumer against unfair clauses of contract. 3.5. tell the protection of consumer in consumer credits. 4. recognize various kinds of consumer treatments. 4.1. define the door-to-door and haul consumer treatments. 4.2. tell the campaign and promotional contracts and subscription contracts. 4.3. explain the contracts for holiday. 5. debate the solutions of consumer problems. 5.1. recalls the consumer organizations. 5.2. tell the consumer courts. |
