The aim of the course is a crime committed by eliminating all doubts regarding the process to be followed to investigate the uncovering of the truth. Material reveals the fact that criminal proceedings protect fundamental rights and freedoms, and the rights of the accused and the victim, the functional purpose of making the whole course is dominant. |
