Aim(s) of Course : Students learn and practice contracts formulated by Law of Obligations

Course Contents : main titles of the topics include: debt agreements; service, publishing (Editorial), power of attorney and other legal relations of substitutes; storage give rise to debt contracts, personal guarantee agreements, surety, warranty, with the revenue record of life, for life, partnership agreements, joint venture.
