Learning Outcomes of the Course : Knows the concept of Joint venture .Has the basic information about the concept of trader,assistant of trader. Be informed about the trade registry, trade cases, account books. Comprehends the difference between the concept of trade name and trademarks . Learns the basic subjects like unfair competition.

Aim(s) of Course : The course aims to teaching the bacis concepts of commercial law

Course Contents : Commercial and commercial law, commercial business, commercial jobs, and they are subject to the provisions of commercial justice, business is considered to determine the cases, the courts can be seen in commercial litigation, commercial cases, evidence and procedure; merchant and the provisions of being a merchant, merchant assistants; dependent helpers, assistants, independent, commercial registration organization, trade name and business name, brand, brand definition and types, registration, the trademark owner´s rights and obligations, legal actions related to the brand, invalidity and termination of the brand protection of the right, unfair competition, trade books, the current account.
