Learning Outcomes of the Course : Has a general understanding of the historical progress and qualification of the state by examining the concept of the state.
Understands contemporary political ideologies.
Understands the concept of continuity in the state.

Aim(s) of Course : The goal is to understand management strategies of states and ideologies determining the strategies.

Course Contents : The course will evaluate critically the progress of the concept of the state in historical process, the political movements in early modern era, forms of administration and the lawfulness of the political power. It will also deal with the management strategies and ideologies of states.

Language of Instruction : Turkish
