Aim(s) of Course : The aim of the course is to teach students the General Provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations and give them the skills necessary to apply these provisions in other areas of private law.

Course Contents : The course will focus on the definition of unjust enrichment, the duty of restutition, and the concepts of unjust enrichment, dischargement of debt, debt assumption and the statute of limitations.
