Learning Outcomes of the Course : Explains basic functions of business, explains organization studies of business, defines basic terms about business, having knowledge about all functions of business.
Explains basic terms of business management.
Applies information about formation of various enterprises in real life.
Performs behaviors about moral and social responsibility.
Prepares simple feasability report in order to found small enterprise.
Makes correct relation about the effect of globalization on enterprises.
Performs leadership which authorizes employees in business life.
Reflects positive effect of management education in practice of business management.
Carries out organization, direction and supervision practice in business life.
Applies positive human resources principles in business enterprises.

Aim(s) of Course : The aim of the course is to upskill students who have recently started their education in the field of business management in order to learn basic terms of the field, regard business activities as valid study for employment, explain development in rapidly changing business science, evaluate business roles and their effect in business success.

Course Contents : The main content of the course is to convey information to the students about basic philosophy, terms and practical application tools of business science, and in this way improve their skill of forming and managing business. In order to attain these goals; way of taking risk and making benefit in a dynamic environment, skill improving methods for comprehending how economy effects business, principles of transaction in global market, possibilites of improving moral and social responsibility behaviors; business ownership in different qualities; business management and production method.
