Learning Outcomes of the Course |

Knows how to reach the literature on Econometrics in Turkish and foreign languages. Reaches and examines the references in the field of Econometrics. Knows which topics in Econometrics has not been studied yet and defines the topics worth for research. Defines his/her field of study. Examines the references related to his/her field of study. Defines which variable(s) are necessary to evaluate the topic based on examining references. Defines the research problem. Writes the introduction of the study by using journals, books etc about the research problem. Defines which method is going to be used to solve the problem. Does a pre-research on thesis topic. Gets help from his/her academic consultant on the necessary steps of the preparation of the thesis.
