Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to focus on the identification, classification and extraction of residue components which are applied to the plants throughout the plant growing, processing, packaging, storage and transportation stages.

Course Contents : The contents of this course include the identification of residue analysis in plant products; classification of residue components in plants; qualitative and quantitative identification of residue components via chromatographic techniques in plants; effects of pesticide applications on human health and environment and pesticides used on organic cultivation.

Language of Instruction : Turkish
