Learning Outcomes of the Course : Explain the reasons of tax disputes.
Learn the resolution of tax disputes.
Defines the concepts of duty and authority in tax jurisdiction
Order the durations of the tax litigation.
Distinguish types of cases in administrative court.

Aim(s) of Course : It aims to make the students well informed about the cases in which the emergences of tax disputes, and learn the resolution of the stage of the administrative and judicial dispute.

Course Contents : Institutional structure of the tax jurisdiction, Solution to the administrative stage of Tax Disputes, Tax Disputes Resolution Phase of the Judiciary.
