Students will learn establishement and maintenance of subtropical fruits orchards

Aim(s) of Course : The aim of this course is to give information about subtropical fruits species, varieties, production, area, trade, growing problems in Turkey and in the World.

Course Contents : This course concentrates on production, growing techniques and problems of subtropical fruits like banana-loquat-olive-fig-pomegranate, carop in Turkey and in the World.

Language of Instruction : Turkish

Work Place : Classroom and orchards of Department of Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Cukurova.
