Aim(s) of Course : Main microorganism groups of ecosystems, roles of microorganisms in energy transfer within ecosystems, effects of microorganisms on elemental cycles (biological cycles; carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, sulphur and other element cycles), interactions between microorganisms and other groups in terrastial ecosystems (spermosphere, rhizosphere, phylosphere, litter and its effects)
