Aim(s) of Course : To introduce the reasons and necessities of art criticism; duties of art critics, exploratory art criticism methods and criticism phases and strategies of inquiry in criticism.

Course Contents : Definition and history of art criticism, the meaning and importance of theories of art criticism, the original theory development.
