Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to inform students about issues of organizational behaviour and application techniques by raising awareness about issues of organizational behavior frequently met by students in all aspects of business life. It also aims to make suggestions and solve behavioral and managerial problems by analyzing at individual, group and organizational level.

Course Contents : This course aims to focus on main concepts regarding to organizations in order to explore these social systems thoroughly. Individuals aiming to be successful at the organizations they work for, should be aware of both individual and organizational dynamics. In this regard, concepts such as organizational change, decision making, conflict, performance, organizational culture, dysfunctions are thought and students are encouraged to think and debate on these issues.
