Aim(s) of Course : Introducing basic concept, principles and practices related to strategic management

Course Contents : This course includes the major concepts and approaches of strategic management, strategic management process, strategy alternatives and strategy variations, SWOT analysis, strategic coalitions and alliances, case studies.

Language of Instruction : Turkish

Work Place : The Course will be implemented in classroom where is decided by deanship.
