Learning Outcomes of the Course |

Has the knowledge of histological properties of the male and female genital system and the reproductive system cells Explains the molecular mechanisms and the formation of ovulation, fertilization and implantation. Defines the properties of embryonic and fetal period, important formations, and the developing parts of the human embryo and the fetus. Explains the structures and functions of fetal membranes and placenta. Tells the types of congenital malformations and the possible causes for the malformations. Knows about assisting reproductive techniques.

Aim of this course is to give information about male and female reproductive systems, structural and functional relations of cells, developmental stages and features from fertilization to birth, instances that occur during this period and their mechanisms. |
