Aim(s) of Course : To Uncover the development and change line of The Republic period of Turkish novel after 1950 ; to discuss modernist tendencies in Turkish novel.

Course Contents : The Republic period Turkish novel. Poetry movement that emerged after 1950. Features of of modernist novel Modernist Turkish novel writers. Modernist Turkish novel writers after 1950. Fiction and content features of Turkish novels that get further away from the Realist line
