Aim(s) of Course : Discovering the progress and changing line of Turkish poetry during Republic after 1950 ,The second new movement after 1980, discussing the basic problems of Turkish poetry

Course Contents : Turkish poetry before 1950, social, cultural and political changes throughout the years of 1950s, emergence of the second new movement, discussion about poetic reasons, poetics of the second new movement, discussing the reasons that prevented emergence of a total poetics, researching discourse problems of the second new poetry, discussing the impressions of the second new movement in literature environment, general view of Turkish poetry after the second new, the reasons of emergence of poetry movements after 1980, a general approach to Turkish literature after 1980, a classification experiment of tendencies of Turkish poetry after 1980,discussing contemporary problems of Turkish poetry
