Aim(s) of Course |

The content of law no. 308 prepared for seed registration, control and certification, description and definitions used in seed lot legislation, registration of botanical varieties, public or private institutions dealing with registration, varieties to be applied for registrastion, reference styles for registration, tests carried out for the purpose of registration, establishment of the committee will be explained within the framework of registration of botanicaal varieties. Besides within the contex of this lecture, determination of private sector’s agricultural research institutions and registration, principles concerning the recommendation of varieties by Ministry of Agriculture, principles concerning giving the botanical variety production licence, principles concerning preparation for the certified seed labels, receiving certifications for producing certified seed, filling the seed lot declarations, registrated varieties, private and public institutions producing seed lot for planting and seed lots produced by these sectors will be examined |

5553 seeds, registration, inspection and certification of the content of the law prepared for the seed, seed legislation and definitions used in the recipe, according to regulations on the registration of the plants, plant variety registration, organizations and individuals that may apply for registration, for registration başvurulabilinecek species, method of application for registration, registration trials are based on registration information will be given on the establishment of the committee. Also within the scope of this course, the establishment and registration of the private sector in agricultural research institutions, principles regarding the varieties recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture, the principles for granting permission to produce plant varieties, guidelines for the preparation of certified seed tags, seed breeders, certificates, declarations of seed filling, registered varieties, seed production, and produce seed types that issues such as private and public institutions will be discussed. |
