The aim of this course is theoretically and practically determination of physical and chemical properties of honey bee products , such as bee honey, royal jelly , pollen, propolis, bee venom and bee wax; their production methods, conservatıon technics, consumption areas and processing technologies and transferring these hole knowledge to the agricultural sectors. |

Determination and particular of honey bee productions, honey, pollen, royal jelly, beeswax, propolis, bee venom,, their importance for bee population and colony. Chemical and physical properties of these bee products; usage areas, economic worth’s, production technics, products harvesting, preparation for marketing, storage methods, quality control, the ways of consumption, bee products in world marketing, confrontation matters of bee products on output and consumption, relevant standards and legal arrangements. |
