Aim(s) of Course : The aim of the course is to make the students learn the conceptual aspects of Immigration and Identity, see the relationship between migration and identities, understand the social consequences of migration with its historical and social dimensions.

Course Contents : One of the most important phenomena is the migration that makes human beings closer together and puts them into cultural contacts. Today during the migration and immigration processes, the problem of how and why´other’ occurred is one of the most important social and political problems both in our country and in the world. This course covers the examination of migration and immigration cases with the help of empirical data together with the concepts of culture and identity.
