Aim(s) of Course : Learning the theory of electrons in a non-crystalline medium, advanced material synthetizing with repeating the structures of conductors, semiconductors and insulators.

Course Contents : Theory of electrons in a non-crystalline medium, conductors, semiconductors, insulators, quantum hall effect, two-dimensional electron gas, phonons and polarons, advanced materials, Synthesis and Application
