Learning Outcomes of the Course : Explains and defines human relations, communication and the functions in human life
Explains items and tasks make up the communication process.
Gains the ability of define organizational communication methods and functions
Explains the techniques of effective speaking and listening in oral transmission
Explains non-verbal means of communication functions and the importance of body language
Gains the knowledge and ability in written communication in business life and the importance of that issue
Learns communication barriers and the ways to overcome them

Aim(s) of Course : To teach Interpersonal communication methods and communication model, communication elements and features, active listening and feedback, the elements that prevents interpersonal communication.

Course Contents : Explanation of interpersonal communication, communication model, communication elements and features, active listening and feedback, the elements that prevents interpersonal communication (source, channel, receiver), the elements that makes communication easy, the role of emotions and their usage in communication, conflict in communication and its prevention, important elements of student, teacher, parent communication, application of communication.
