Aim(s) of Course : Introduction of the machines used in the processing of agricultural products, to teach the principles of calculation and design

Course Contents : Cleaning products, sorting, grading, drying, packing, crushing and grinding, fruit juice production, transportation of products and machines used in order to communicate the study theories, calculations, design parameters and design principles
