Learning Outcomes of the Course |
: |
He/she has advanced level of information and understanding which are necessary for architecture, planning and creating orginal works in the basic field of designing which were gained in the level of bachelor´s degree. He/she has critical awareness about the nature of knowledge, resources, knowledge production, issues about knowledge testing about interfaces relevant to architecture / planning / design areas. Gains skills to be able to develop new knowledge and methods related to the field of research and gains necessary specialized problem-solving skills to combine knowledge from different fields. Manages an independent study that requires expertise in the relevant field. Creates extensive projects about the field in question: Creates an extensive project using the skills, comprehension and knowledge gained as well as proving the capability of making decisions on different-scaled plans/designs.

Aim(s) of Course |

To be able to analyze the components of the planning process of administrative buildings, to determine the feasibility, programming and design data in different building types and organizations, and to try to acquire conceptual, theoretical and practical knowledge and skills.

The principles of discussing the administrative buildings conceptually, and environmental factors, the process of planning and building typecasting, user needs and programming in administrative buildings, form-prioritized buildings, vertical hierarchy in planning, planning processes and functions, programming and functional typing/action reinforcement relationship, circulation and transportation items in designs, duplication and dimensional coordination in designs, flexibility, and development/growth, the main program data of administrative buildings, evaluation criteria specified, administration buildings, the main program data, evaluation criteria and criteria, planning process evaluation in pilot administrative buildings, preparation and presentation of planning reports will take place. |
