Learning Outcomes of the Course : Solves problems about designing, planning and controlling of production processes
Knows basic concepts and mathematical techniques about production processes
Determines types of inputs for products and services
Learns production principles such as; resource planning, demand forecast, production planning, master production schedules, material equirements planning, capacity planning
Calculates the usage level of inputs of products and services and decides the proper combinations of products/services

Aim(s) of Course : Providing the information required for designing and planning a production system to the student.

Course Contents : In this course, the concept of production will be stressed. Required information and techniques will be taught to students for the purpose of apprehending systems and processes of production
