Learning Outcomes of the Course : Defines the concepts of measurement and evaluation
Understands and be aware of the importance of the role of measurement and evaluation in education
Describes the measurement tools and techniques used in education
Describes the required characteristics of measurement tools
Prepares, implements and evaluates the test items
calculate the scores obtained from the test and item statistics.

Aim(s) of Course : Help the students learn about the conceptual and theoretical framework for measurement and evaluation, measurement tools and methods used in education and qualifications, the original and the revised version of Bloom´s taxonomy and its impact on assessment and evaluation, the conceptual and practical aspects of the exam types.Besides,help the students learn about statistical measurements,develop measurement tools, follow the required procedure and analyse the evaluation process
