The aim of this course is to introduce the fluctuations in short-term and long-term trend of economic growth, unemployment, inflation, the basic macroeconomic approaches of public and external deficits , economic policy objectives and to define the economic policy tools relevant to these goals.

This course consists of the definition and concepts of economic policy, economic policy and public institutions, economic policy and international organizations, the purpose and objectives of economic policy , economic policy tools, decision-making methods, alternative approaches to economic policy, Classical, Keynesian, monetarist, New Classical, New Keynesian.
