Aim(s) of Course : The course aims to enable the students to understand the difference between non-scientific knowledge and scientific knowledge and to use scientific methods in the research studies related to the psychology of religion.

Course Contents : The course covers; the basic concepts such as knowledge, scientific knowledge, methods and research, structure and features of scientific knowledge, the method of quantitative research, the method of qualitative research. Using quantitative and qualitative methods in the psychology of religion. Advantages and disadvantages of qualitative and quantitative methods.
