Knows operation of commercial enterprises and craftsmen, parts of trade and transfer of business. Knows the merchant and the terms and consequences of being a trader . Knows merchant helpers. Knows the concepts of trade name, company name, trademark, unfair competition. Knows the concept and types of the ocommercial paper. Knows the types and common features of the Bill of exchange. Knows the features and applications of the bill, bond and checks.
