Learning Outcomes of the Course |

Explains the structure and properties of the class. Explains the factors that influence the teacher´s behavior in terms of classroom management. Analyzes classroom management approaches. Accepts the responsibility for his/her own behavior in terms of effective classroom management. Explains the need for the arrangement of the classroom in terms of teaching-learning process. Determines the appropriate classroom rules for the students´ developmental levels. Explains the basic principles and the importance of effective learning-teaching process management. Recognizes the inside and outside classroom factors that affect the use of time. Evaluates the problems faced in classroom management with a critical perspective. Uses the knowledge and abilities that are associated with the area of expertise/disciplines effectively for creating a positive classroom atmosphere. Applies the internalized knowledge and problem solving skills to different case studies. Attempts to evaluate the effectiveness of management strategies and to improve him/herself.
