Learning Outcomes of the Course : Knows the importance of Servet-i Fünun period in historical progress of Turkish poetry.
Evaluates the evolution of literary arguments in Servet-i Fünun period.
Understands the perception of westernization experience of Turkish poetry.
Is able to analyse the poetries of Tevfik Fikret.
Is able to analyse the poetries of Cenap Şehabettin.
Knows the verse genres and forms progressing with Western influence.
Is able to analyse compare Servet-i Fünun and other historical poetry periods with each other.
Is able to analyse the relationship between poetry and picture.
