Learning Outcomes of the Course : Improves and applies movements - rhythm coordination
Studying on body positions, the student becomes aware of his own body.
Knows and applies body stretching techniques.
Comprehends the relation of walking - rhythm.
Improves his body control within the controlled movement approach and understands the importance of this and practice.
Knows and applies the basic steps of pas de deux.
Knows and applies the basic steps of single dances.
Knows and applies the basic steps of group dances.

Aim(s) of Course : The aim of the course is to develop students´ bodily material within the professional principles and develop of a sense of rhythm.

Course Contents : Coordination of rhythm and movement, position of body, steps and rhythmic steps, basic dance steps, relation of steps and rhythm, and controlled movement.

Language of Instruction : Turkish
